    The owner is a poor excuse for a leader in that company. He terminates good employees on a whim with unfair business practices ie. writing employees up multiple times without their knowledge and then fights the unemployment claim for the person affected. He needs to be checked for Labor Laws and Unfair Business Practices. He enjoys bragging to people about how he sued his own parents when he was a member of their company. But the reality is he sold company vehicles that didn't belong to him without their knowledge and his parents sued him and if it hadn't been for the fact that he was a reserve Sheriff at the time, he decided to settle out of court for an undisclosed amount of money payable to his parents. So yes, that is the kind of person, business owner, employer this guy is....a real piece of work. He needs some ethics training.
