    They shaved my Shih tzu 9 month old puppy, because they didnt want to groom her. I paid to get her hair cut not for them to shave her bald. 6 hours to cut her is ridiculous, now she itches all of the time. And when I called to ask why, they were rude and said lucky they didnt shave her legs as well. Her hair wasnt even an inch long. When I asked for summer cut they dont even know what that is, they have to look at pictures. Will never refer them to anyone who loves their dog, because if you pay money you should get what you asked for. Its like going to the hair salon paying top dollar for a perm, instead a perm you have knots so they shave you bald. Not giving any stars.
