    n Sunday night about 1:30 am he is trying to state that it was on Saturday before midnight which is untrue and he is overcharging me $400 bucks for two days I would like for *** cherry business to be looked into and he charges $50 bucks for storage fees which the charges do not start for storage fees after 24 hours by state laws the most I should have been charged would be $150 which the county only charges $25 dollar charge for a off road tow and I should have been given a 72 hour window to get my car out by my self which I did not get that option his fees are as fraudulent as they come please help me with this situation.

    CherryCreek Towing and Recovery was dispatched at 12:29 am on Sunday March 16, 2025 by the ***** ****** ******** office for an Accident on *** ** ********** **.  Once on scene ** **** was in custody of the CCSO and we were instructed the Mustang wrecked by ** **** was to go to our inpound lot.  Our rates are as follows:

    Showing up and working an accident: $250

    Storage: $50 per day starting the day the vehicle enters the lot

    Admin Fee $25

    County Fee (charged by the CCSO) $25

    Making his total as of yesterday $400

    ** **** called our office on Monday March 17th at 3:49 pm for his charges.  When told his charges ** **** asked for a discount and was told he had been helped numerous times ( last week) and the charges were as stated.  

    Today we have received this complaint and have been scrutinized by his family members on social media.  CherryCreek Towing runs an excellent business and has impeccable reviews on all platforms, works with all local police departments and businesses in the area and this complaint is 100% bogus. 

    The fees are fair and reasonable for the work we have completed.  ** **** is able to pick his car up at **** ****** ** *********** ******* once fees have been paid.  He is being charged an additional 50$ per day for storage and we will be filing with the state Of Indiana to dispose of his vehicle on Friday September 21st.  Once that has been done additional fees will be charged.
