      I brought my vehicle in here for service yesterday at 9am with a appointment. Nothing was done with my vehicle yesterday nor today until 2pm when we were told nothing could be found to keep driving it and bring it back when the problem gets worse and the warranty can get involved. There was clearly a issue thats why I brought it in to begin with. The mechanics here are lazy and this is not how a business should be ran. We kept being told your next in line when we called to check the status.

      I accidently deleted the email confirmation I had from my appointment but the appointment and vehicle is under **** or ************************

      We believe we have solved what was going on.  ************ is not the customer it is her grandfather ******************  ************ came in today and was unaware of any complaint she had.  He had his vehicle repaired today as well.  Information was relayed to granddaughter was either incomplete or missing some key details.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I spoke to the service manager yesterday and he was very rude and disrespectful and didn't seem concerned about the issue in my review I submitted. He was more in his feelings and was upset at what the comment or information that was relayed to him over the phone. I never stated the vehicle was in my name at all but I do drive the vehicle everyday and it's in my possession. I couldn't resolve my issue with him due to his immature responses.
