    All About Water replaced our well water pump May 20, 2023. A little over a year later and our water pump stopped working and there is no water in the home. We left messages on the phone number listed for this business but its a different name on the business answering machine. When I looked it up online it says its temporarily closed! We had to call in another company to put in a new water pump. This all happened Memorial Day weekend. Now we are out $2500 additional to the original cost we paid a year ago. Wed like to get the cost we had to pay another company to replace the well that was under warranty (10 year warranty).

    On Jun 24, 2023, **** from All About Water installed a used water softener and sediment filter. He and *** promised it worked and the previous owner just wanted something less high tech and thats why he replaced it. For this and blowing out my well and chlorinating it, I paid $2250. The water softener didnt work and when I asked for some money back and for them to haul it away, they kept promising they would come and talk to me about it. I called week after week and theyve never fixed the issue.
