    Horrible. Showed tech dryer and pointed to residue which appeared to come from the steamer valve. Without looking, he diagnosed problem was the washing machine. He claimed soiled clothing against the dryer wall panel would leave the residue. Explained only white clothing had been in dryer and contained zero stains. He insisted so I asked him call the owner for assistance. He left then returned after @three minutes and merely wiped residue from dryer wall panel then sought to inspect the washing machine. Again I reiterated there were zero issues with the washing machine. We were at an impasse, so I had to pay $100 for a 15-minute session of incompetence. Called The Appliance Man number, explained the situation and asked for owner to return call. I feel scammed.
