    They keep my $1000 dollars down payment after i back out of buying a camper from them. They said I owe it to them for spending there time for showing me there campers

    We sold *** ***** a camper on September 28, 2024, but he changed his mind several times.  We prepped and detailed two different campers for him, and he scheduled to pick up, do his orientation, and complete paperwork on October 18, 2024.  *** ***** did not show up for his scheduled closing date or return our attempts to contact him.  He called on October 21, 2024, requesting his deposit be returned.  We explained that we had performed work on two different campers, but we would discuss the situation with our sales manager.  *** ***** stated he would contact his attorney, but we have not heard back.  We refunded his deposit on October 21 at 12:14 pm, and I have attached the receipt from the credit card processing company.  We do not understand why he has submitted a complaint since we refunded his deposit and feel this complaint is unwarranted.

    We purchased a 2024 camper on 9-5-2023 for 31000.00 dollars and 3 weeks later we noticed fuzzy mold under the bed and quite a bit and the other bed smelled like dead fish and the shower leaked on the ground when water was on and we took it back to walnut ridge and they wanted us to get mold expert to test but when we arrived for the testing I noticed that the wood was smooth before we took it back and they had sanded on the wood and it was splintered off in several places so they tried to get it all off then told me to have it tested. I don't feel that we were done right and we have asked them to take it back and they are not agreeing to it

    **** ******* called in, stating she found mold in her camper.  We told her to bring it in, and we would
    check it out.  Our service manager
    inspected it and discovered the master bedroom bed base had something that
    looked like dirt on the edge of the wood on one side and black marks in almost
    perfectly straight lines. 

    We tested the wood, flooring, and bed base with a moisture
    meter, which tested 0% moisture.  We also
    had another service manager inspect, and he agreed the black marks were from
    the manufacturing process.  Knowing it wasn’t
    mold, the black marks were lightly sanded for aesthetics. 

    The shower rail was sealed where the curtain attaches to the
    shower base to keep the water from running out while someone is in the shower.

    No one at the store could smell anything abnormal.  They believed it smelled like a new mattress or
    something from the factory, which is expected in a new unit.  We ran an ozone machine to appease the
    customer.

    We called the customer to explain our findings, and **** ******* refused to accept our diagnosis and pick up the camper. **** ******* had
    a mold inspector look at the unit, and we never heard of any reports of mold
    being present in the camper.

    This is a new camper and has a one-year warranty from the Manufacturer.  They will honor any repairs that need to be
    made now or in the future, but we cannot remedy something that does not exist.
