      I took my car to recieve a "full detail" service. I was met by a man who referred to himself as the manager. I paid $220 and then he proceeded to show me around the car. I found several issues with the cleanliness of the vehicle along with 3 wholes on the rear passenger side carpet. He was very aggressive and unprofessional as he yelled at me that they wouldn't admit to damaging the carpets and he didnt give a f*** about the wholes. They attempted to address a few of the discrepancies I found but I had to leave due to the hostile environment the manager created. He never tried to resolve the issue, reduce the fees as compensation or offer free return services. The photos I've uploaded are from when I made it home after they attempted to correct a long list of things that still needed to be cleaned after they had my vehicle for 2 hours.

      Good morning, while I understand your frustration concerning this matter, as previously stated, I cannot admit fault for something myself nor my team are responsible for. This vehicle came to us in an atrocious state and we worked very hard to get it to a good condition. We use no type of fire or heat in our detailing process and therefore couldnt have possibly made any burn marks or holes. We do apologize that you perceived the encounter as hostile; we also perceived it that way when we were threatened by you. We are a small business and did try to correct any other discrepancies brought to us with the services excluding a refund or monetary compensation as the damages were not caused by us. We did however refund the tip that the customer left. We have had no complaints on services in the history of our business.

       I am rejecting this response because:

       I am rejecting this response because: I paid for a full detailing service and was sent away with my car still dirty after it had been there for 2 hrs. He gave an excuse stating that he was in a hurry to make it to his mothers graduation before the altercation transpired. As his crew was attempting to rectify the long list issues i pointed out... the manager ordered his crew to stop because I was not in agreeance on the topic of the burn wholes.. that's when he proceeded to yell stating that "he didnt give a f*** about state of my vehicle" and told me "you could get the f*** on". I felt like he only spoke to me in that manner because I am a female. And i told him that i have a man that he can talk to, referring to my husband..... there was no threat made on my behalf. I paid for a service that was not completed. Ontop of being treated with less than poor customer service skills. I have over 15 photos stamped with **************** proof of full service not being rendered.
