    Date of Transaction: 10/09/2024 Amount Paid: $2,140 (vehicle) + $600 (shipping to **) = $2,740 Business Information:Wild Bill's Auto **************************** ************************************************************************ I purchased a vehicle from Wild Bill's Auto **************************** on October 9, 2024, for $2,140, plus $600 to ship the car to *******. The business represented the vehicle as being in working condition. However, upon receipt, I discovered that the car was not operational.The vehicle has severe mechanical issues, including a non-functional transmission, making it unsafe and unusable. I contacted the dealership serveral times during the month of OCT to address these issues, but my calls were ignored, and eventually, my number was blocked. I had to use a different number to reach the manager, ****, but he has not returned any of my calls.I provided evidence of the transmission issues by sharing videos with the dealership, but they continued to request "more evidence" and ultimately stopped responding to me. I also attempted to email the videos, but they have not replied or made any effort to resolve the issue. Transmission will shift gears, the **** will just stay high while you accelerate.During the sales process, I dealt with a salesperson named *****, who assured me that the vehicle was mechanically sound and in "great shape." I specifically asked about rust, and ***** informed me that the only rust was on one door, as shown in the online pictures. This was also misleading, as the car has additional rust that was not disclosed.The dealership's lack of honesty and refusal to address my concerns has caused significant financial and emotional stress. They sold me a defective car under false pretenses and have failed to uphold basic business ethics.I will provide supporting evidence, including:Videos and photos of the vehicle's mechanical ************ and call records documenting my attempts to resolve this with the dealership.

    Thank you for contacting Autotrader via the BBB.  You would need to contact Wild Bill's Auto Sales & Parts for resolution on this sale as this is a dealership independent of Autotrader.
