    Nwibath the people I am complaining about are the ones who  replaced my roof in 2019. No one else replaced it they did a sloppy job

    Service ticket has been opened as of 5/23/2025 as soon as I recieved an email with pictures.

    We have a certified tech that has been assigned to the service.  He will be in touch this week.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I also send them the same photos that I send to you all. I'm just waiting to hear from them a date and time the service worker will come

    Purchased (April 2021) and had siding installed (Summer 2021) by ********************** ******************************* after delays by the supplier. After installation was completed I noticed that the siding in several areas of the house had shifted and immediately called to have service on the problem. It is important to note that the siding and installation had a lifetime guaranty as per the sales representative. After numerous calls for service they finally sent out an individual to resolve the problem which he did not. He worked on one portion of the house, proceeded to punch a hole in the underboard of the garage to attempt to fix the issue. Shortly after he had done that he had to leave as he had a personal matter to attend to but stated he would come back. Spoke to ********************** and agreed that it best to get past the late fall and winter and pick this matter up in the spring of 2022. After countless calls for service and promises that it would be resolved nothing from **********************. Calls to Ms. ********************** go unanswered which clearly is a pattern for this company. When I last spoke to anyone with the company they informed me that the company was not focusing on windows and siding and more dealing with bathroom remodeling due to problems servicing their siding business. I want a commitment by this company to fix my problem, stand by their warranty, and if not allow me to have it fixed at their expense.

    I am sorry I have not responded to this complaint.  During the pandemic I had to completely change the products my company sold furnished and installed to stay alive, I am still working out some kinks.

    ********************** is not telling the truth about the work performed and the storm that hit his home.  I will service any issues he has, however he has collected a settelment from his insurance to cover storm damage.  I do not do storm restoration.  

    He had me send all material list to his insurance adjuster to collect.  

    My assesment of the service needed was caused by the damage from the storm and not manufacturer or installation issues.  This happened after the installation of the product.

     

    I can service it will be chargable.  That is what my service person told him and he contacted you.

    I do a good clean business.  I have over 40 FIVE STAR REVIEWS and I take care of the customers.
