      Service was done on November 13, 2024, duct cleaning. According to their video on their website they would come in a big truck with a large vacuum system. They showed up in a smaller truck with a portable vacuum unit. In their video it states that portable can not get the job done. That is why they use the large trucks. I asked to see the container that was to be used for collection of the duct debris. They never showed it to me. I asked when the job was done if I could see what they collected. I was told the truck was locked up and I couldn't see it. They told me that they charge an extra $20 for each duct over 12. They counted 22 ducts, 10 over. So they added $200 to the bill. After they left I felt that they just stole $699 from me. I counted the ducts and there was only 20. I called the office and told them that I wasn't happy with the service and that they over charged me $40 for 2 ducts that didn't exist. They said they would send out a management person to check it out. A total of three showed up and insured me that the job was done good. They also recounted the ducts, three times, and came up with 20. I had to call the office again to ask about a refund for the $40 over payment. They said they would check into it. A couple days later I get a call and they said "the check is in the mail". That was a couple weeks ago. Still no refund. I still feel that I was taken advantage of and knowingly over charged me.
