    I put an ad for irrigation work on Angies list on Wednesday, April 2. Luna lever LLC responded back saying that they could come out. we never agreed on a price or what their hourly was. I just wanted somebody to come out and review the system first as I have never usedit before. The company came out and began working without even explaining anything to me. They realize that there was a PVC pipe broke on the outsideof the home and said that that would need to be repaired. They asked for $100 for their fee and I said I would call theirboss when I called their boss. He told me that the fee was only $75. We arranged for them to come out and replace the pipe and get the system working on Monday morning. Monday morning they showed up, took the pipe off and notified me that they to leave to go to the store to get the parts that they shouldve already had. They were gone for multiple hours came back installed some of the pipe. they answered my home to turn on the water from the inside and the pipe had come off the wall spraying water into the workers face. said there is a problem with the water, but were trying to work around it. I asked what they are trying to work around and what problem was so he brought me outside to show me the pipe that was attached to the home was cracked, and they were trying to makethat work without replacing it, which would cause a worse problem later down the line. theyve been informed me that the hour was too late and they could not finish the job that day and they would have to make plans tocome back some other time. He said I will only charge you for three hours of work. I thought it was three Hours was way too muchtime for the work that has been done and Im not paying for you to be at the store shopping. I informed his boss that I thought this was unfair even though I had paid and that I was over $400 for a nonworking system my text messages that I attached he agreed to pay me back. Now he is not responding and not giving me my money
