    On 04/28/2024 **** 's Landscape came to do my landscaping in the front of my home. I notice that the *********************** and I agreed on was not what was delivered. I ask one of the workers and one of the workers said. **** decided to change the flowers to bring in more colors. Only to be told at a later date that **** was not able to get all the same flowers (purple ***** bells). I paid ****** for ten ***** bells (purple) and I only received 5 and the rest (15 ***** bells) was different colors. Out of the 15 other bells 10 of them died less then a month of being planted. I don't know anything about plants however most a the plants they planted looked a bit sick. The workers said they will grow and fill out after a while nut they didn't. **** sent out someone to replace the plant but they was in the same condition as the last dead plants the was planted. I refuse the plants and ask for what I paid for. The worker called **** to inform him and I was able to speak with ****. **** said the reason I didn't get all purple ***** bells because it was hard to get them from the nursery he has a contract with. So I realized I was lied to in the beginning about why they didn't bring 20 purple ***** bells. I was called about rescheduling so I called them back and left a message. I said that I can go to ********** a purchase the plants I request if **** would refund me for the dead flowers however I have not heard from him. It;s been over a month of waiting now. I don't think it's fair to me. It's bad enough that I was over charger for everything that was done and the materials used.

    Complaint is ridiculous from the costumer. We have tried to rectify this complaint on our end by offering to replace the plants she had requested. The customer has been fully serviced per the work order that was agreed upon. She is requesting something outside of her work ticket.
