    I dropped off my can-am Spyder the first week of May 2023 had a ABS light flashing and needed o-ring changed. I Called 1 month later person got very snippy say they didn't have time to look at it yet they would call me when looked at. I called in July found out they had a death in the shop so I thought I would give them some time to hire a replacement. I went into the shop in August and found out that no one even looked at my bike. The person said he would get right on it and he would call me with a estimate and he did he also said my battery was dead and need a new one after setting in shop for 3 months now it's the end of November and still have not repaired my bike and not been called back it's been over 6 months.

    Maxim Power Sports would like to sincerely apologize for this matter. At no pint do we ever want our clients to be delayed in the use and pleasure of their unit. We had the passing of our long time Service Manager. The person who took over we found was not able to provide the level of service either Maxim or our customers expect. Unfortunately many jobs did not get the attention they needed this being one. We removed the employee who was unable to execute the job, we have recently replaced them. We have been getting to all of the jobs as quickly as we can. 

    We ran into an issue with *****'s unit as the first part we received for one of the problems was bad from the manufacture. We had to start a case with them which we did on 10/31/23. We just received the replacement part last week. The unit should be competed today 11/27/23.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I am charged for a new battery my old battery was perfectly good when I took in for repair but due to the shops neglect and let it set without a battery charger for several months it went dead. I was told that my bike could not even  be analyzed without a new battery.

    The General Manager **** called ***** yesterday afternoon to speak with her about the battery. There was no answer so he left a message for her to call so he could tell her we would cover the battery.

    I called dealership service **** in April seeking to have my motorcycle (*****) looked at before summer gentleman stated he's about 10 days behind I can just drop & leave my bike. I told him I just wanted an oil change and inspection of brakes,etc.., he stated my bike was due for a recall, he offered a 2 hr inspection package so I made an appt for June 5th @9-10am. Dropped my bike off that morning and dealership has had it til this day over 2 months, I've called multiple times for updates, spoken with manager who never called me back, last I spoke with mechanic on July 27th stated he'll be done with my bike by end of the following week, I haven't heard from him to come pick up my bike.

    Maxim Power Sports would like to sincerely apologize to *******************************. This should have never happened, however, our long time Service Manager passed away this year and we have been working to train new personnel to replace this void and get our service department back to the level of service that our customers deserve and expect. We completed ******************** ***** and he picked up this am.
