      1) Asked NIPSCO to send me payment Alerts.2) NIPSCO failed to send me payment Alerts for 2 months.3) NIPSCO PUNISHED ME FOR THEIR ERRORS BY THE FOLLOWING: a. Charged me $290 Security deposit, but are holding $670 deposit on my account. b. Forced me to set up a 9-month Auto Pay account. c. Forced me to pay the City of **** $50 Inspection Fee. d. I have paid my NIPSCO bill for about 45 years. e. I don't owe them a dime. UNFAIR EXPLOITIVE POLICIES

      So many power outages you'd think we are living in a third world country. Summer, sunshine, light rain, no wind, average snow, it doesn't matter. Power has been out here for almost 4 hours. The entire town of *****. They know about it. It shows on their outages map. I call and talk to a "representative" to find out why it is out, when the estimated time of service restoration is to be expected, and all the "representative" wants to know is my phone number (which I refuse to give over the phone -she knows my number it's in my account- because they sell it to third parties aka scam callers). As a customer, by force because of the monopoly, I can not get information about service going out or when it will be available. Pathetic what is happening to a once great nation. Even more pathetic are the "representatives".

      Horrible accountability skills!!! Power has been out since 1:30 pm and they say it cant be turned back on until possibly tomorrow. Apartment buildings are without power and they want to blame it on the weather when in fact its their fault. Theres been off and on rain but no major storm that can cause damage. They do not care about their customers at all!!!! There are children and elderly people who also live in these apartments and have to suffer without food and air conditioning. The lack of urgency is disgusting.

      NIPSCO missed an appointment this passed Monday for a power retirement at a blighted building next to my home in ************. No call and No show!! Its Thursday an no satisfaction yet.

      I wish I could upload a photo of my 419 dollar bill in the warmest January we've ever had in my lifetime. Oh wait it's due to their price increases they do all the time. Seeing as they have a monopoly on the gas and electric where I live I have no choice but to pay. This should be illegal.

      Power always goes out and stays out for days and this piece of s*** company never can resolve the issue. And if they ever have to work on your property, they destroy and leave a mess behind and never reimburse customers for property damage. This is July 6, 2023 and power has been out a whole day now. It's a beautiful sunny day outside and there is no wind or rain insight and my neighbors across the street power is on and never goes out during these frequent power outages. Nipsco is the worst utility company on planet earth. Straight GARBAGE!!!!
