      On May 9th 2024 I placed an order for 3 products (2 body creams and a body wash). The original expected delivery date was May 29th. After that passed I gave them a bit of time for deliver but never received my products. Since then I've reached out countless times by phone and email, and even left a review on ****** Maps but have not heard anything back. I still haven't received anything. Due to it being a sale purchase, and them being a small business I gave them ample time before reaching out. So much time to deliver or even return my messages. The payment was done through Afterpay and when I tried to contact them to refund me I was told to contact the seller, despite making them away of the lack of response. I reached out to my bank and they are currently investigating according to them.

      I purchased several items from Good scents oils using shop pay on August 3, 2024. I never received my products. Ive called their phone number over 50 times and no reply. Ive even chatted with the bot ?? and only got one response which was waiting to complete order. Ive left multiple voice messages on their answering machine. I find it completely frustrating that money was removed from my bank account and yet the products were never shipped. I dont know how to contact a live person to voice my complaint and they have ignored my numerous emails with all the details. I want my products I ordered two months ago or else a refund. This is unfortunate because Ive ordered from them before without issues and am a repeat customer so they shouldnt treat me this way. Im so disappointed. Ive been patiently waiting for a response from them especially since their policy clause states if anyone files any complaint at all they will ban that customer for life from ever buying anything from them again and will refuse all future orders but thats a chance I must take because its unfair that I paid money

      I have been supporting a small business named Good Scents Oils located at *********************************************************************. ***** the company is small and they had some great deals, they explained that the turn around time for your oder could be up to 4 weeks. I never had a problem before and I patiently waited 2-3 months. Order # ***** was placed on 3-14-2024 in the amount of ******, next order# ***** placed on May 30th 2024 for ******. My last order placed is order# ***** placed on July 5th 2024 for *****. I have already paid for most of my order through afterpay, and they are all paid in full. I talked to the owner and she said she would mail out my March 14, ************* July, however no one from the company will respond. Thanks for your help in advance.

      I PLACED AND ORDER ON JUNE 4, 2024. TODAY IS AUG, 9, 2024, I HAVE CALLED YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS, AND THERE HAS BEEN NO ANSWER, I HAVE EMAILED, NO ANSWER, I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES, NO ANSWER. PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!! ASAP. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ON ALL LEVELS. I HAVE A PAPER TRAIL OF THE TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS. I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB, CONSUMER FRAUD, AND OTHER AGENCIES ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.!!!

      Ive placed an order with Good Scents Oils on 4/27/2024. As of today I still haven't received my order. I have called several times about my order, and have talked to the owner a couple of times about it. Was always promised my order is on the way. I finally did receive an email saying that they can not complete my order and will refund my money. Which was sent on 7/14/2024. I still have not received that refund. I have left 2 more messages and texted one of the employees that had sent me a message before about the order. On their website they have a tracking # as if it was delivered, however that was for two other orders they were late coming to me as well. I would appreciate if I could Please get assistance in getting my refund.

      I have placed a purchase for items from this business for $65.82 on June 2nd and it is now July 23rd. I have reached out to the company via emails, left voice messages and text numerous times. On July 2nd, 2024 I received a text that I still have on my phone, that my tracking info will be sent and I never received it. I tried multiple calls and attempts to let them know I did not recieve the product nor the tracking details and still have not. I received one call back eventually that my order was received and would put on the next truck ( that would have been about July 12th). Yesterday l, I went on their website and searched around and found a link to where I could put in my order number and the information coming up for my order #***** is still showing a status of awaiting fulfillment. This indicates to me that they are being untruthful that it was being placed on the delivery truck on around July 12th. Theres no **** tracking information. Absolutely no tracking information, just a status on their end of order received on June 2nd and as of yesterday July 22nd a status of still awaiting fulfillment. The complaints on the ****** reviews now that Im looking, which I should have before, is the same reason ( not responding and most delivery time is not the same as stated on the site). In my case, ridiculously long. The owner, Miss ****** has gone on her live social media streams to say that they make the items by hand and shipping is not fast. That is understandable and i accepted that because her website says 2 weeks delivery time. I am now at about 7 weeks and I am not getting anywhere with this issue. Miss ******, has also on ****** review told someone they are blocked from shopping because the individual complained that they took too long and dont respond in a timely manner. At this point, I just want my money back. *** asked via email and text what I need to do to get refunded and I still have not heard back. I just would like help to resolve this!
