    Went in to cash my check that I worked hard for on the 14th of June. I was told I was in debt a percentage of my check, since I cashed a checked that was cashed after I had received money from the check in 2023. I explained the information was false and i was unaware of this issue. I asked them to show me a picture of myself cashing a check in 2023 since I had an active bank account and hadnt cashed any checks that year through there business. The teller then shows me a picture of someone who is not me cashing the check. I explained that the individual in the photo was not me and they had been scammed. The person in the photo did not look like me nor did he look like the photo Id I used to cash checks prior. Nevertheless they charged me with the percentage and took it out of my check. I then filed a complaint through to their corporate office and nothing was done to secure my funds. Due to their mistake of cashing a check I had cashed prior and not looking at the identification card to confirm it actually being me. I was in no way refunded any of my money for being a victim of fraud.
