    I recently sold my home with Total Comfort Realty, and the experience was great. I initially heard about them through a TV commercial, which highlighted their 4% listing feesignificantly lower than the typical 6% most realtors charge. I was intrigued by the potential savings, so I decided to give them a call.To my surprise, they sent someone over the same day. The agent was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly dedicated to getting my home sold. Within 72 hours, I had received multiple offers, some above my asking price! I couldnt believe how smoothly everything wentfrom the initial listing to signing the purchase agreement.The buyers were well-prepared, with their financing in order, and we closed quickly. Despite my initial skepticism, Total Comfort Realty exceeded all my expectations. Not only did I sell my home, but I also saved a few thousand dollars on realtor commissions.
