    A few months back I instructed ****** do not call me earlier than 2 pm and solicit me for sales a few months back I have to work at nights he said he would make a note of it and not call me earlier than 2pm then around a couple of months later he called me before 2pm and woke me up I instructed ****** from Tuff Shed do not call me anymore he said he would not contact me any more, today ****** just called me again to solicit sales after he was instructed not to contact me anymore so now I am contacting the BBB in hopes this ****** will not contact me. ****** FROM TUFF SHED DO NOT CONTACT ME FOR SALES EVER AGAIN!!! DELETE MY PHONE NUMBER ************ from the picture I enclosed I guess ****** can't follow his own message.

    Purchased a shed along with permit assistance and processing on 7/30/24. After discussing with the permit department, I was unable to place the shed in the desired location. I requested a cancelation and refund on 8/9/24. On 8/12/24, I was told the cancellation request was submitted. I called on 7/19/24, due to not receiving a refund and was told they would contact the warehouse and process a refund. This has not occurred.

    Purchased a Premier Pro Tall Ranch ($11,232.03) - build is not complete and company is not responding or fixing issues. Issues include. Siding was installed incorrectly it will need to be removed and replaced oEnd Laps are incorrect per manufacturer installation manual Stagger the siding end laps so that no two courses (rows of panels) are aligned vertically, unless separated by at least three courses (rows of panels)oSiding was installed backwards per manufacturer installation manual Always overlap joints away from the entrances and away from the point of greatest traffic. This will improve the overall appearance of the installation.The wrong trim molding was installed on the top and sides of the shed the correct trim molding will need to be installed.J Channel was used instead of under sill trim or under sill trim/J Channel Combo Under sill trim or Under sill trim/J Channel combo will need to be installed. oAdditional information can be found on page 3 of the ** Vinyl Installation Manual Top piece of siding is face nailed with roofing nails this will need to be replace.oNone of the vinyl siding should ever be face nailed. This restricts movement and causes the siding to buckle. House Wrap was installed incorrectly and will need to be replaced: o******** standard states that house wrap should be overlapped 6 or more.oSeems were note taped. ******** standard requires all seems to be taped.Flashing was not installed on the window this need to be installed.
