    On April 13, 2024, I attempted to return a U-Haul *** I had rented from this facility. Finding that the key I was given did not fit in the drop off box, I contacted the main U Haul number and was told by the manager via the customer service representative, to put the key in the mail box, which is 1) not secure and exposes me to liability, 2) a bad business practice, and contrary to the instructions from U Haul itself, which I had signed, and 3) against the US Postal Code.Upon leaving a one-star ****** review, I was contacted by text by the manager with a rude and insulting message. When I responded and asked not to be contacted again, the manager violated that request twice. I have reported this matter to U-Haul; it was assigned the *** 471-5097.

    On 12-23-23 I ordered a home base police scanner , and on 1-17-24 I recieved a hand held scanner. I immediately called midwest and told them , i was informed to send it back and he would get me the correct one sent out. I sent it out on 1-17-24 @ 4:30 from the ********* post office. The package was recieved on 1-22-24 at ***************** residence @1:28 and package was signed for at his residence. I contacted ***************** on 1-26-24 to see if he recieved my return package. He told me no , so I pulled the tracking # up and it showed that it was delivered and someone at his residence had signed for the package . I have a photo of the house and signature where the package was delivered by ***** He told me that that is his house but it was not his signature and he did not get it. The scanner cost $545.00 that he received from me , and he sent me a hand held scanner instead of a home base that I ordered. So he made $545.00 plus got the hand held scanner back and I'm still in it for $545.00 plus $27.00 for shipping it back and still do not have what I ordered or paid for

    First of all this guy is just an idiot!

    He bought a scanner, sent it back through postal service with INSURANCE...we never received the package. We told him to contact the postal service because they are the ones who never delivered the package to us.

    He then went on PayPal and disputed the purchase, to which PayPal sided with me because obviously I have done nothing wrong here.

    I was trying to help him, but after he pulled the whole PayPal thing, I dont care if he gets his money back or not!

    And I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PACKAGE so quit blaming me!

     I am rejecting this response because: he sent me the wrong item 1st of all. I sent it back to him for he could send me the correct item that I did order. The package was delivered and signed for by someone at his residence.  I have the proof that it was delivered and signed for.

    I cannot stand by your side and give you common sense!

     

    you had insurance on the package you sent, instead of wasting my time go harass the postal service whom you have the insurance with and did not deliver your package! 

    if you continue to harass me I will file a suit against you in the court of law. Just like PAYPAL quickly rejected your claim and sided with me, so will any judge in *******!
