    The dispute is that I purchased material to finish the siding on the front of my house on 12/17/23. He finished the siding around May or June of 2024 but he did not finish the top part of the house which he says is the soffit. He states that the soffit can cost around $3,200 - $5,000 but it could range from $1,500 to $5,000. I am a senior who is 66 years old who does not have thousands of dollars to keep giving him to complete a project. I have already gave him $7,300 to do a lower deck and rails which he completed but did finish the siding until May or June of 2024. I just want *********** *********************************************** LLC to fix the soffit at the top of the house which I have the material to complete the soffit. I feel that he is taking advantage because I'm a senior citizen. He is not a person of his word because he has not completed and finished the job.
