      I called Wayne Heating&Air, for a check up on my two furnaces and air conditioner prior to a rental at my *************** cabin. I was quoted $310 for the July 17, 2023 inspection.2. After first going to wrong house and doing an inspection there, attendant came to my house and proceeded to inspect my units. I was with him for the furnace inspections in the basement and attic. He told the attic furnace needed to be replaced which I knew but because it only heated 2 small rooms, I said as long as it is safe and functional, I'm fine with it. So we left it alone.3, Received invoice on 8/29/23 for $982.94 and called **** at Wayne to ask about this. Unhappy with huge upcharge, I said I'd have to pay in two installments. I paid $500 that same day.3. ****** moved in and on Sept 12 he (*************************) texted me saying the heat wouldn't kick on upstairs. I told him to call Wayne as they had just been out to make sure everything was okay.4. Same attendant came out and told tenant he had never even looked at that furnace and that it could leak CO2. We shut it down and I called ******************* because Wayne was obviously not trustworthy.5. ****** complained that daughter felt ill and he took her to hospital for blood test and oxygen because of CO2.6. Because of this, tenant broke ************************* $28,000 in rental income. I called **** on September 15 at 12pm, to share this negligence and the harm it caused me (and my tenant). I explained that I was concerned about a law suit and would hold Wayne liable.7. Today I received an invoice for $982.94 - despite having already paid $500, check #*** AND spoken with **** about the dangerous oversight and potential law suit.Obviously Wayne Heating is incompetant; the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Worse, this shoddy work put many people at risk and cost me $28000 in rental income.7
