      I purchased a Weil McLain Indirect water heater. This unit has been replaced 6 times with problem in the same place as the first one. The unit lasted a month and began leaking terribly. Finally, I decided on the 7th tank I would not have it replaced. The company was contacted on 6/13/23 regarding this matter seeking refund of money spent. In early November they stated they would only consider 3 tank replacement and figure they offered I accepted. But they did not pay for labor in removing or re installing the units. It is now 12/22/23 and still have not received compensation. Their first response; you should receive monies in 10 days. When notified havent received monies. Their response; ** financial is running behind. Youre talking about 6 months to achieve a resolution. And to date there is no resolve, no check. This is totally unacceptable! Under no circumstance would I recommend anyone deal/purchase any equipment from this company. Their quality control on unit extremely lacking. Theyre addressing warranty issues and reaching resolutions HORRENDOUS and totally unprofessional. Buyers beware if this company.

      I can't even give this company a one star review but I have to in order to submit this review. In 2011, PSE&G installed ********* fired water boiler. This was on their green plan that I could get a new heating system and pay it off over a period of 6 years. HOwever, there were numerous problems from the start with this unit. PSE&G came out multible times, many parts were replaced. Finally a WMCL representative was called and not even he could correct all the problems. The unit worked fairly well for the last 2 years, BUT NOW the boiler is cracked and i need as new heating system. MY old unit was 30 years old and some of the parts started needing replacement, so this plan seemed to work for me. The unit is ONLY 11 YEARS OLD....ELEVEN YEARS.So now i need a new unit. I would never NEVER get another Weil McLain ANYTHING. The company is nonresponsive and because of all the problems from the beginning they should have replaced the entire unit years ago ..DON'T BUY WEIL MC LAIN
