5 starsI'd give them a 4.95 stars if I could. While nobody is perfect, these people were pretty close.The job was done perfectly. I have no complaints about the quality. They cleaned up well after themselves, and I wasn't even present when the job was being ******* only tiny hiccup was that I put down half for the deposit, and it was nearly two weeks before they contacted me again to set up a date for the job. I understand that it was after a major storm that left many with damages, but after a week, a simple text or phonecall saying "Hey, we haven't forgotten about you" would have been nice.Again, other than that, I was very happy with the service. Buyers Remorse I honestly feel foolish for falling for a sales pitch that ultimately prioritized closing a deal over ensuring quality and transparency. Additionally over the past few months, weve identified several concerns about the quality of workmanship from December 2024:1. Debris and *************************** left behind a significant amount of debris, including roofing nails, which we initially cleaned up ourselves. I reported this to ***************** and while a response was given that a crew would be sent out, the timing made it irrelevant the job had already been done by us. To this day, we are still finding nails around our yard, driveway, and near the drain spouts. This poses a serious safety risk to our young child, pets, and vehicles. I have seen numerous reviews stating the same lack of clean up. 2. Damage to Siding: We also noticed a crack and puncture hole in the siding, apparently made to force a fit during installation. This is visually unattractive and located right at the front of our home.3. Sales Pressure: While we appreciated the help with insurance, we felt pressured into moving forward quickly. Before we could consider the financial implications, our insurance was already contacted on our behalf. This rushed decision left us with a higher deductible and a significant monthly payment we were not adequately prepared for.Some parts of the roof appear to be done well and look great from certain angles. I can only hope the areas we cant see were handled with the same level of care to avoid future issues such as leaks or structural damage. As of now the company has made no contact or reply to a formal complaint to repair the damage that was done, take responsibility, or offer any sort of solution.JB West

As you can imagine, we are always caught off guard when we receive such a poor review, but we appreciate your honest feedback.
We are disappointed that we didn't have the opportunity to try and resolve any of the issues related to the install before you left this review. Our contracts acknowledge that additional rounds of clean up may be needed as thousands of nails come off a roof during tear off. We ask customers to contact us if they notice an excess once we've left and we will gladly send someone to take another pass around the property. Likewise, if you notified us about the siding damage and we didn't even come out to investigate, we would definitely deserve a poor review. We are always willing to return to a jobsite if a customer has concerns.
As far as feeling pressured to move forward quickly with your claim, we absolutely did not intend for it to feel that way. However, our experience has proven the insurance claim process can be very long and drawn out. Additionally, most policies place a time limit on the homeowner's ability to file a claim. As such, we encourage our clients to move quickly. While only the policyholder is actually able to file a claim, we are always willing to be by their side if needed during the process. We find that some homeowners, unfortunately, have policies that only cover the Actual Cost Value of the damage their home incurred. Since those types of policies do not cover the full expense of replacement, we are proud to be able to offer financing options if needed. If we did a poor job of walking you through the steps of picking a plan that was best suited for your needs, we do apologize. It is never our intention for one of our clients to feel under informed
We do hope that, while you are not completely happy with your experience, you will find some comfort in the fact that we are a company who has been around a long time. If you do have issues in the future with the actual install, you will be able to reach out to us and take advantage of your workmanship warranty. Our roof was completed on November 1st. Scheduling was a bit uncertain until closer to the start date as we were told our job could always, understandably, get bumped if Mother Nature didn't cooperate in the weeks or days before other clients' jobs ahead of our job. Ours started as planned, but unfortunately, we did get some steady rain with high winds during the middle of our project. The job went into a second day, and the crew worked hard right through it. Our roof looks very nice, and we are so glad to have it done before winter hits. The day after the roof was completed, we hired them to refurbish our chimney (it's obsolete) top-to-bottom, inside and out. That was over half the cost of the roof, so we were bummed to find out it was in such bad shape and to have that added expense in the same week, but at least it's all done (minus a cap/seal) and looks much better without the rot and woodpecker holes! Everyone I spoke to at ******** were very helpful through out the whole process to replace my roof. They were more than willing to work with me to finance. I greatly appreciate that they do not pressure like other companies. I will gladly use them again.JB West

5 starsGreat experience with ********. They offered a free inspection and worked with my insurance directly to get my entire roof cost covered, less the deductible, after a hail storm. The old roof was removed and new one installed within one day. I am so happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them.Review frommichael s

I reached out to the company for possible hail damage to my roof from a major storm in the area. They were prompt, efficient, and involved every step of the way. This company will work with you, and only deliver what you need as opposed to attempting to upsell you. In essence, they will try to decrease costs all while delivering excellent service through completion of the project. They have an added benefit too whereas when you need to do final payments, and not to inconvenience you with mailing, or drop offs to the office, someone will come directly to your home to finalize the project. This company is an epitome of satisfaction from the start to finish.JB West
