    I purchased a great little used forklift from North central which served me well for a number of years until I required a larger lift. Ultimately, I traded in the forklift to North Central for a larger lift. It was a used lift and certainly had the blemishes of a typical used lift, however I was assured it was in good operating condition and had no oil leaks etc. Within days of acquiring the new to me used forklift, I noticed substantial oil leakage on the floor of my building. I left a voice mail for North Central and was pleasantly surprised that a representative showed up at my place of business the very same day. Upon completing a very cursory visual inspection I was advised its likely the oil filter base leaking but that they will get back to me. Its now approximately 3 years later and still not a word from North Central. Im now searching for a newer forklift to replace this unreliable machine, however given my past experience, North Central is certainly not on my list of potential equipment dealers from which I would purchase a machine. To be fair, I absolutely do not place blame on North Central for the unreliability of this used machine. I do however hold them responsible for misrepresenting the condition at time of sale and even more importantly, failing to provide even the most basic follow up to my concern documented within days of purchase.
