5 starsI am a business customer and placed a very large order with BCW, The pallet was delivered with one of the boxes severely damaged (it had a large piece of wood that looked like it was from another pallet impaling a box and severely damaging everything inside, a total of 5 higher priced items). ************************* was an ************ to work with. I just had to send her a list and pictures of the damaged products, and ***** had our replacement products out to us within a few days, and made the process super easy and stress-free. I will absolutely continue to work with them, as they were very professional and quick to resolve my complaint. ***** has handled all of our questions and concerns easily, quickly, and thoroughly! Placed an order where their system glitched on my delivery address so my package got lost. I had ordered over $100 worth of items which allows for free shipping and a 10% discount amounting to a total of $90. ***** had then gave me a 20% discount on the order making it $80. Then when *** paid the $90 claim out, I was wondering where the $10 was going, a refund or credit would have been obvious but they were not going to let me have that $10 for either. And this is going in on the 2nd month of the original order. I don't want to even get into the *** claim because that's a whole other story.

1 starOrdered what I thought was a case of 10 boxes due to the more details drop down stating 10 boxes/bundle. Received one box for around $35 with shipping which is insane. Reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on and was basically just sent picture of the item listing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely misleading item descriptions especially considering they claim to be competitively priced.
