      Purchased vehicle from Tom Tepe/car country april 2023. July 2023 vehicle over heated. Was taken to Tom tepe, issue was resolved. August 2023 same issue occurred, Tom tepe sent mt vehicle to ********** ******** ***** *** **** to repair issue. ********** ***** *** **** wouldn't respond to me, after 3 weeks of not having an answer or my vehicle I went to Tom tepe, and told them I wanted another vehicle as the one I purchased has too many issues for being new. The shop foreman at Tom tepe personally reached out to ********** ***** *** ****, and they said my vehicle was fixed and ready for pick up. I did so. Fast forward to last Friday, my jeep died coming off the interstate. I called Tom tepe for a tow. Tom tepe towed my vehicle, and ran diagnostics on jeep. They said my motor is completely blown. They gave me a rental for 4 days. Tom tepe will charge me $45 a day after the 4 days. I was told by the shop manager ****** that it'll he 3 or so weeks to repair the whole engine. I bought a lemon from them and now they're charging me for a rental in which I cannot afford. And I cannot get to work to pay for the vehicle since it's completely blown up. Please help me

      I went looking for a car for son destitute and recovering, spouse disabled, on social security, So trying to help him get a vehicle to make his dr appointments.
      On 11/15/2023 we went to Tom Tepe we looked at a car, a **** ** *******, I realize it was aged and would have some issues.
      on 11/16/2023 we agreed to 1700.00, I went over and paid cash for the car, this included the tax, my husband drove the cruiser and i followed, he noticed some issues on the way, engine light, trying to die out, We stopped half way home taking mental notes of the issues, it felt like a motor mount was busted as the engine lifted when we gave it gas.
      So I called the service department, and we discussed this stuff and my son drove it a couple days and also it kept dying, not very safe. after another call we took it back to Tepe and they looked at it, with labor and all the bill total would be well over 1200. to 1500.
      After they did the work the bill was brought down to 904.00.
      We picked it up and halfway home the engine light returned. My son drove it a couple days and it started dying on him again. So we took it back, after some adjustments and the pwer steering motor was trying to go out, we picked it up, no charge for this and on the way home the engine light came on, my son was in town shopping and the car died repeatedly. we were told it was ok.
      He made it to ****** automotive and they checked it out, (that cost 114.00) and they said one cylinder was Bad, the engine was bad, no compression. so I had to have it towed here to get it out of their business lot (that was 70.00).
      So I called Tepes and talked to Justin, he said sorry there is nothing the can do, they wont take it back, give my money back or anything. So I have close to $2700. in this car that is worthless. and he just says there is nothing he can do, it is " as is" This is so wrong they could buy and sell me a dozen times over, here I am with nothing to find another car and one that wont run ever without an engine.
