    We had quite a few employees and child from our daycare Little Bucks Childcare have to go to the ** due to CO2 poisoning due to the negligence of this company using a generator inside a building without any sort of ventilation. Owner is hanging up on people when called about the issue, and also completely ignoring any and all emails from our daycare. The owner was apologetic when this happened the day of and now will not answer, respond, or even take responsibility for harming our staff and children ranging from newborn to 5 years old. this happened on 08/09/2023

    Please help. We may need some assistance with a company named Ace Concrete Coatings LLC. *************. They recently did some work for us on 8/31/23. After the work was completed that day, it was noted that the siding in the area they performed their work on was damaged by the chemicals used. The employees admitted that the chemical used splashed up on the siding and they tried to wipe it off however it faded the siding. The owner ***** came out to inspect with me and the other employees and all were very apologetic for what happened. He said he will try to paint it and if that doesn't work, he will replace it. Here it is 9/8/23 and no resolution. They were out on 9/5/23 to fix the flaws on the floor and did paint the siding. We contacted him 9/6,7,8/23 with pictures of siding and of the floor as that is still not right. Only one reply and that was a very short one on 9/6/23 that they will take care of flaws in the floor. It's been over a week, and we would like to put our house back together. We built this house in 2018 and we take great pride and effort to keep it new. 9/11/23. Sent Ridge another text this morning with no reply.We paid 1/2 cash down $1,050.00 and still owe the balance $1,050.00.Please help.Thanks ***********************************

    Your staff works quickly. Ridge called me this evening. He plans on taking care of the floor tomorrow and hopefully siding on Wednesday that is if he can find the siding.

    Update:


    Ridge showed up to our house at 3:47 yesterday per our cameras. We lost internet connection at 3:57. He text me at 5:00 and said, "we will redo floor so it's perfect Thursday."
    Very little work was done yesterday. The waiting game continues. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow that he began this job.

    Had few text conversations with Ridge yesterday about our siding and where to purchase it form. We advised him the quantity needed as well where to purchase it from.
    Hopefully we will be emailing you tomorrow stating that the floor job that began 2 weeks ago is completed with quality workmanship.

    Two employees showed up yesterday at 3:01 while Ridge showed up at 3:42. All left at 4:35 and the floor is stop not completed. Now over 2 weeks for what is advertised as a 1-day job.

    When Ridge called me Monday evening his original plan was to replace the siding Tuesday and then do the floor Wednesday. My suggestion to him was I think you should do the floor first just in case you splash more chemical on the siding. He agreed and said that was a smart idea. Well, here it is Friday floor not done and little discussion on siding. ****** showed up yesterday before they left and said ***** didn't discuss much. She reminded him where to purchase the siding. He will check into it.

    Good morning, ******:
    One employee showed up 7:58 and the other at 8:08 am on 9/15/23. They both left at 9:12. Ridge never showed up.

    I text Ridge 12:47pm on 9/15/23 stating noticed your employees were there earlier in the morning. I asked him what the do's and don'ts for the floor are as far as walking on moving all our furniture back in the area. We will inspect the area when we get home or Saturday 9/16/23.
    We haven't heard from Ridge at all.
    The floor looks like it is done correctly however we are still waiting for the siding to be replaced.

    We have not had a text reply from Ridge since 8/15/23 or no phone call since 9/11/23.

    As noted yesterday no reply from text sent 9/15/23 and then I sent one yesterday 9/18/23 at 2:33 stating" As of yesterday 9/17/23) the floor looks good. Any news on the siding. Thanks"

    No response or communication from Ridge. We did file a complaint with ******* Attorney Genral, Case # ********. 

    We need to have someone get in contact with Ridge to get our siding replaced.

    My apologies for no update yesterday.

    I texted Ridge Wednesday 9/20/23 2:21pm since we haven't heard from him in over a week and ask about what's going on with the siding. 

    He replied right back "Have to get a guy over to fix it"

    I asked if he had gotten the siding yet. at 2:26pm he replied at 7:42pm "yes".

    We traded few more texts and asked what time the siding would be replaced on Friday. He replied 2-3 we said won't be home, He replied OK we will be there at 5. We agreed.

    Received a phone call from Ridge this morning 9/22/23. He didn't have all the * channel trim he said he was going to have to drive to ******* to get it. He also was not sure if he had enough siding. So now he is sending out a guy tonight to double check our measurements to see if he will have enough siding. 

    If he does and if he gets the j channel the job will begin one day next week TBD.

    The saga continues.

    Ridge showed up Friday 9/22/23 at 5:05 with the young man that he hired to replace our siding. They came out to double check are dimensions of the amount needed. Just so happened the young man we have known for a long time he graduated with our youngest daughter in high school. ***** was a little surprised by that. It was great to see the young man again.
    Guess what? ***** didn't have any siding with him after he said he did. Even the young man was told ***** had the siding. Now it was he would have had enough?? They even took some siding off our wall to take with them so they can get the correct siding. Why would they need a sample after we provided all info to Ridge plus, he already had the siding??

    ***** never went to ******* to get the channel needed. Once again, we gave ***** the name of the local company as well provided the same info to the young man. Since the young man is in the business he knew exactly where this business was.
    ****** even went as far as to call this company last Thursday and Friday to see if anyone has ordered this siding. No one has. ***** caught in another lie. I trust the other young man.

    Ridge is to contact us today after his findings about our siding and J channel.
    We will wait to hear his findings......
