    I am required to miss an entire half a day of work for an adjustment to my lower denture that takes 5 minutes, 10 at the very most. I don't understand why they can't be more accommodating. This has to be a concern for all patients needing adjustments, which is every patient. They do not do adjustments after 1:30, I work in ******** and would need to leave work at 12:30 for the appointment and would be too late to return to work after.

    I went to get full dentures and everything was going good. I really didn't like my bottom the teeth are crooked and the color on top is 2 different colors. But they dont let you talk!! They just rush in and out. Not once did the ask if I liked them!! So I get 2 soft liners and then a hard liner. I got the 2 soft but when it was time to get hard they said my insurance has changed and I have to pay out of pocket. Well I cant afford that at this time so I asked if they could fix them cause they are way to big for my mouth and teeth are crooked but the refused until i get the hard liners. I cant eat and my mouth is cracking cause the teeth are to big for my mouth. The hard liner is not going to help the fact the dentures are to big for my mouth!! It will make them fit better to my gums but not the fact that they are way to big for me!! My front lip bulges out and the bit is not right!!They wont listen and are very rude!! My question is why cant they fix them for me when it not my fault and I'm not happy with teeth.

    The denture was delivered at the oral surgeons office and with her new plan it is uncovered by the patients new insurance so we had to write off the denture due to it not being covered under her new plan and we are not in network with her primary plan. The patients insurance changed to a plan that does not cover dentures. The patient however, has a primary insurance that we are not in network with which we tried to explain to the patient. We wrote off the dentures so the patient is more then welcome to go any place that accepts her primary and secondary insurance plan and have a new denture made unfortunately we are not in network with her primary plan and her new secondary plan does not cover dentures at all. If there is anything I can further assist with please feel free to reach out.

    My insurance covered it. For some reason Affordable dentures has in there system I have other insurance. I do not have any other insurance and I had to go over this with them several times. My insurance in fact coverd the first part of the dentures. And I also got a letter the second part was covered. So I called made an appointment they called and cancel. It was all odd on how it was handled. Then I believe I call to reschedule and not until I got to the appointment they told me am the same reasoning that I had more than one dental insurance and I had to call them  But also said since my insurance changed it didn't cover the second part that I would have to pay 500. When I called my insurance they said the second part was approved. Until a certain date . But then had called and said that it was switched to a different plan not by me.  Ok fine but my original set is not right my bite is off teeth crooked and ofcourse they don't fit. So why won't they take care of my teeth that have already been paid for?

    Lower partial broke I have tried to call and get told oh he will call back and even sent messages to the website I need them fixed and they wont fix them said i would have to pay to get them fixed is what the receptionist said how they broke well when I was eating food they broke I tried contacting them for the last 2 months and all I get is the run around.
