      In January of 2024 we had noticed a leak in our bathroom. We called a company to fix the leak and contacted our homeowner's insurance. They sent out Servpro to complete water mitigation on January 26. On March 14 we received an invoice to pay our deductible for the reconstruction of our bathroom which we paid. We found out the insurance company paid out their portion of the costs. On Apri 14 we signed the contract and there has been 0 movement on the repair since then. There have been multiple call back promises and 1 appointment made to schedule repairs. No one showed up and when called more excuses. Plus, more call back promises that are never fulfilled. I just want my bathroom repaired this is beyond ridiculous at this point. I would like the repair completed soon or a refund of money paid so I can go to company that will actually complete the work.

      We apologize for the inconvenience resulting from our lack of attention and communication with you the customer.  Our intention is to satisfy your request to finish the job and learn from this feedback on how we can improve as an organization.  We will review our procedures and practices with our employees involved and determine corrective action to prevent situations like this repeating.

      Once notified of your situation, we dispatched on May 14th to your home our Project Manager and Subcontractor in order to review the job and meet with you, Work began on the Wednesday the 22nd with an anticipated completion date of Friday the 31st.

      In addition, and at your request due to the toilet needing to be removed and reset daily during the project) we set a portable restroom for your convenience on Monday the 20th.

      Thank you for your understanding and patience with us.

      My name is ***********************. I had a flood in my home in August of 2021. I enlisted the help of the South Bend Serv-Pro. I have encountered nothing but unprofessionalism and lack of accountability from this company. From the beginning they were less than kind with my belongings. They cause damage to my home while moving my belongings and they damaged much of my personal property.Over three months ago South Bend serv-pro moved my belongings back into my house on May 4th at **********************************************************. I am missing various pieces of furniture, which was not affected by the flood, that was moved out but has not been returned. And what little that was returned was damaged by the movers including dents, dings, missing pieces, veneer striped, etc. As you can imagine, it's been difficult to move into my house without this furniture. Here is a list of some items I'm missing: 1. **************** Desk (from basement) 2. ***** ***** credenza (from dinning room) 3. Green ******* (from the den area) 4. 6 drawer dresser (from upstairs masterbedroom) 5. Black floor lamp with no shade (from living room)(This is not all missing items. These are key items we decided to list)I went ahead and took screenshots from their inventory of furniture items that haven't been returned and can send them later for reference. I also took photos of two furniture items that were damaged in the process of moving. One is the credenza that they had told me at the time would be repaired by the furniture medic. Another is a coffee table that I recently unpacked and discovered the cracked glass top. I asked them is this furniture that can be repaired by the medic or will I be reimbursed for the value of these items. The main issue I am having is the lack of responsibility and accountability of Serv-Pro and *******************. I am consistently getting stonewalled when I try to reach out for a meeting. I can get no opportunity to interact with them to get any resolution.

      My Name is ******************* from Servpro. The date we returned ****** contents is correct. I have tried as well to contact her concerning these items. The items she spoke of are ready to be returned except the one that is still at her home. I told her I would pick that one up when we deliver the other items. The furniture ***** is the best in the business in this area, he is very busy so it took him some time to repair the specific pieces that she has. The other pieces of furniture that she says is missing were also taken to the Furniture ***** and he said in his professional opinion they could not be fixed due to laminating of the wood. ( Green Cabinet that was directly below where drywall fell from the water loss, 6 drawer dresser had water damage on the bottom due to exposure to water. it was delaminating). She also said in a recent review she had put on line that we just put everything back everywhere. She and her son were both there when we ( 5 Servpro employees) did the pack back. They told us SPECIFICALLY where to put all items. She even had blue poster board cards taped to the wall for placement. **** is dealing with some health issues so I have tried to be conscious of that. I know she has lots of appointments and treatments. I sent her an email regarding her contents. I hope to hear from her to get the complaint resolved.
