    This company did property damage to my fence on May 14, 2023, ************************* admitted he did the damage he told me to send him the bill. ****** provided me the company name and address in which to send the bill to. I did send bill, and I confirmed he received it. He acknowledged he did get it and would drop a check off. We had fenced repaired and paid for it assuming he would be true to his word. All communication with regard to the property damage was done via text messaging so it is all documented in writing. When we had not received the money by ******, and ****** was no longer communicating with me. We filed a law suit against him and his business in small claims court in ************. Judge awarded ** the cost of repair along with court costs and mailing fees. Which was the amount we sued him for. ****** did not show ** in court. As of this writing he has not paid judgment to us. I would rate him and his business negatives stars, however that option is not available to me on this form.
