      Horrible customer service on the back end of the sale. Frame of the ABI Force, that I spent around 25k for, snapped and still have not gotten a phone call.       This product was modified against the manufacturer's instructions. We have an email receipt of our instruction informing the customer that he should NOT modify the design how he wanted to. Unfortunately, it appears the customer went ahead and modified the product's design against our instructions and ultimately damaged the product as a result. All manufacturers void a product warranty when a product is modified against the manufacturer's instructions. 

      Specifically, the customer was using the product in a very aggressive manner and loading the product on an equipment trailer that did not have the proper loading ramps for a zero-turn front caster-style product. The customer's usage and loading practices caused damage to the product. We advised the customer of this and recommended changes to his use and loading, as this type of damage has not been found by other customers that own the same product.

      The first time this type of damage occurred, we replaced the front caster assembly of the product under warranty. In the process of this warranty replacement, the customer wanted to use stronger and larger bolts to prevent them from breaking. We advised the customer that doing so was unacceptable, as the bolts are designed to fail, preventing damage to the frame in the event of abusive use or an accident such as hitting a curb. The customer did not follow our instructions and drilled out larger holes in the frame and installed larger bolts that were not spec. This defeated the intended engineering of the product and moved the shear point from inexpensive bolts to the product's frame.

      We have communicated with the customer concerning this frame issue.
