    Quoted us $600 for a side mirror replacement came back on day ****** was supposed to be in and now said $1000. Not right. Totally not right. Reason for additional money was well we have to paint it. And further said will now be completed seven to 10 additional days.

    I'm very sorry for the confusion. Sometimes due to limited parts availability, we may have to go with other vendors to acquire needed parts for customers. When getting these exterior parts for vehicles, yes, they do needed to be painted to match the body color of the car. That is also an additional cost. I do not know the conversation you had with our service writer but I will have our service manager reach out and talk with you about this issue.     ZERO STARS My Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat was negligently left unattended. My vehicle was towed to this dealership on June 13th. They did not create a work order until July 3rd, but once they assessed the car, I was told the *** module was on backorder and would not be available until August 21st. When I called on the 27th of August to check on the status, I was told my vehicle was stolen from their property. I was baffled because the car was undrivable. They could not tell me when the part came when it was repaired, and why it was secured on their property. After a report was filed with the ****************** I received a call from a detective informing me that one hit from a traffic camera stated the vehicle was identified on August 19th at 4 **************** report was filed on 08/26 by the dealership. I have filed a claim with their insurance, yet I truly feel this was an inside job by a staff member. I am very disappointed that my full pay of $100,000 was mishandled and stolen while in their care. I would not trust them to service or recommend using them for any service or sale! I hope their insurance company will do the right thing and reimburse me for my car!

    This place is a joke! I make over $21/hr and they couldn't get me approved for a car. I told them from jump I knew no one who was going to cosign for me and they still pressed the issue later just ******* me off even more after a second denial. S**** these people!

    We are very sorry you feel this way. Credit approval with lenders is based on income, job time, credit score, credit history, and auto payment history. We can usually help most people here, even with scores in the 500's and 400's. We are sorry you think it is our fault you can't get approved for a vehicle.     There are a lot of variables that go into a bank approval for a vehicle. Lenders consider credit history, length of credit history, payment history, payment to income ratio's and debt to income ratio's. Next would be the structure of loan, age of the vehicle, term and advance loan to value. We service all types of credit with our lenders but we cannot guarantee credit approval on a car loan. Our lenders make the decision based on the above of credit worthiness and approval. I am sorry it didn't work out for you and we wish you the best.     Unfortunately you have an employee who is untrustworthy, deceitful, has a criminal record, and posts financial information about your clients on his fake social media accounts and some on his real social media account. ***********************. He has posted pictures in regards to a customer who was turned down for credit (names have been crossed out) and is ready to testify in Court against your company and employee. This is highly illegal and does not look good publicly for your organization. There are also pictures on social media regarding your employees lack of professionalism regarding Gates Automotive. I'm sure Mr. ********************* and Family, who are respected members of the community, would not take kindly to this post. A bad attempt at humor and unprofessional to say the least. Is this how you want your company represented? **** also has a public record regarding ****'s past charges of theft and forgery...not a great record for a "lead" car salesman. There are multiple community members who will speak ONLY with the owner(s) of the dealership to resolve these matters.

    Purchased a vehicle over 2 years that was damaged on their lot. Upon purchasing it they told me they would get back with me on getting it fixed, as well as gave me a weowe report. After a year of calling ******* over and over getting no where. We called and said they needed to do something else because weve waited and are now moving out of state. Then they were gonna issue a check, its now been 5 months of running around. Everytime we call to see where check is, its always its going out tomorrow. And still nothing!!! They need some better customer service!! As well as employee authorized herself to run our bank card without our knowledge!! Highly unacceptable
