Frighteningly sketchy facility. They moved my son around from facility to facility for nine months within their businesses. From northern Indiana to south of ****. We were never allowed to set foot inside the facilities to see his condition for ourselves. Serious mismanagement of medications led to many psychotic episodes, whereby they would admit him again to a highly supervised setting where we never saw his condition. Finally they told us that they were sending him out of state and there was nothing we could do about it. They billed our insurance for over half a million dollars and received almost all of it. They are in it for the money, at the expense of a very vulnerable population. When I expressed that we were coming to pick him up for a transfer to a reputable facility, the director called to scream at me on the phone about how my son was perfectly fine and he didnt know why I was worried. I would leave negative stars for a rating, but there is no option for risked the health and safety of my son.

Very good sales and marketing. Not only did they oversell their services, they vastly overcharge. They secretly bill some things as in-network and others as out-of-network, so they can take advantage of both deductibles. Months later I received a final bill which was 6 times more than I was originally told. I was able to settle for 'only' 4 times more than my original quote. The whole experience felt very predatory.
