    Horrible!! Very rude, like to argue with customer and wont come back to my home to finish the work. Very unhappy

    Totally untrue!!  You sent our people away when we sent them out the first time.  You called yesterday to request we come back out & we told you we would be back out.  You are actually on today's schedule, after just calling yesterday.

    In 2019 we had Advanced Roofing come out to replace our roof. Damage was done to our siding, gutters, lawn, **** and driveway. We contacted the owner ***** he sent his crew back out. They were never able to get the stains out of the driveway and the Damage Done to the gutters. They did work on the siding only to make it worse after using a petroleum cleaner. Worker said, "looks like you'll have to get new siding". Are you kidding me? We contacted ***** again and he came out personally and tried to fix it, still leaving the damage to the siding. He said to us after receiving a bill to disregard the bill, he never takes money from a customer who is unhappy until all concerns are resolved. After several phone calls to ***** personally on his cell phone and the company phone, they promised to come back and never did. They promised to try other options to fix the issues. They never did. I never got a bill, so I assumed since he never fix the problems, I would not receive a bill. Fast forward 5 years and I just get a bill. Problems still not resolved. Had a siding company come and quote me a ****** siding job.
