  Contacted schyler for a quote for tree AND ***** removal. He was very prompt on coming to give the quote, was able to cut the tree down within a week, but after being told he contacted for marking for ***** removal, no markings were done I contacted and had markings done myself. Let schyler know everything was marked and he gave day when he would come grind *****, he never showed up and no contact from him. This happened 3 times. Now 2 weeks later and multiple times reaching out to ******* no response and no refund received for the ***** removal.

  DO NOT HIRE! Same results as everyone else! NOT a reputable business. Do your due diligence! Got an estimate to get 1 tree and ***** ground for $3200.00 on 8-18-22. I asked to be put on schedule for 1 month from that date because I was waiting for a check to pay for the work, they agreed. Got a call from ********************* Labor Day (9-6-22) morning at 8:30 a.m. saying they'll be over to cut tree down tomorrow morning (9-7-22). Not the month I asked for, but told him to go ahead but I still don't have the check I was waiting on. He said he'd hold the check until Friday, which was fine since I get paid on Thursday. Cut the tree down. My yard was torn up with deep ruts from the tree crashing down. They pulled the chipper in my front yard and ground the limbs on the property line with my neighbor's house. There was all kinds of debris in my neighbor's yard, which I had to clean up. When ******* came over that afternoon to pick up the check, he said he'd send someone over to clean it up and that he'd have the ruts fixed. He texted me several times saying someone would be there, but each time no one showed up. ******* said that he pay's the ***************** from the money I paid him already. I asked when the ***** was getting ground and he gave me a date. Date came and went and ***** was never ground. My check cleared on Friday 9-9-22, and haven't heard from him since. I've texted and called and left voicemails since 9-14-22 and he hasn't responded to anything. So basically, he kept the ***** grinding money. This company is FRAUDULENT! They shouldn't be able to operate. There are all kinds of these same reviews all over the internet and Better Business Bureau! I wish I would've looked at these reviews first. I had ****'s ***** Grinding remove the *****. They showed up on time and did excellent work and clean up. At least there are some contractors out there that can be trusted! I ended up paying twice to get the ***** ground. ****** learned.

  They were hired to cut back the trees over my garage and driveway from ground to sky. They came and trimmed up the trees but did not complete the job as desired. The job that was done by them couldve been done with a pole pruner by myself. I have been in contact with them and was told that they would get back with me but they never have at this point. I would recommend to anyone hiring them that unless you can stand there and watch over their shoulder to make sure they are doing the job that you want for what you were paying. Not to bother hiring them. I was out of state at the time they did the work and was not able to personally inspect it even though they got paid they did not complete the job to satisfaction and still have not rectified the problem. After seeing your reply I realize that the job was just too big for you to do and that I should have called a more reliable company , that would have done what they had agreed to. Like I said before you need to be right over their shoulder. Do not pay them and go back to work as my wife did or the work will never be done . They will only take your money and claim they did what was to be done.
