      I ordered a used book online but was disappointed in what I received. The book was listed as a Hardcover but was Softcover instead. Inside, there were yellow underlining and writing in the margins throughout. This was supposed to be a used book in very good condition. I thought it was unacceptable. I contacted the company that I was unhappy with my purchase and wanted to return the book and to send a return label. It took 3 more emails to get them to respond and only after I told them I had sent the book back at my own expense (half the price of the book). I sent them the tracking and when they received it, did not acknowledge this until I sent them another email and evidence they had received the book. They finally did refund the money.I would never buy a book here again.

      The book arrived after 2 months. It was packed, or more precisely 'wrapped' only in plastic bag. Needless to say - it came in damaged (torn cover). This is not how you pack a book for international shipping.
