    Mother purchased a 2013 ***** equinox on Monday June 30th from ****** *****. On Tuesday the 1st after a large grocery order ****** attempted to open the back door only realize the latching mechanism to release the latch was not there. We have to open from the inside with finger. Once home ****** called to speak to ****** about the problem , he was not in. Now Wednesday the 2nd ****** came home after being told very rudely that that its not their problem and he didnt know of the issue. Ignorance is not a valid excuse. She spent $8000 and supposedly they would rather lose all future purchases from our family and to never be recommended as a quality business to purchase a vehicle from in the future, than to fix the problem and make it right. we have gotten 3other vehicles from this lot and this will be the last. Highly disappointed with the service from ****** ****** and the lack or morale responsibility on such a simple situation to make right

    Hi there, I am sorry you had a bad interaction with ******.  Unfortunately, we do miss things and have to figure out a solution.  I am not sure when the last time you had spoke to your mother, but ****** did order the part that is needed to repair the rear hatch.  If he has not already reached out to her he will do that.  Again, I apologize for the interaction you had with ****** and it sounds like there was a miscommunication.

    I bought a truck from them in February of this year, The sales man told me this was a good truck. Being from out of town I took him for his word on it .He sent me some pictures which the pictures looked good on the truck. I got the truck as is no warranty I new that at the time of purchase cause I have got used truck all my life but nothing like what they sold me. I had to replace all the brake pads and the rotors and the emergency brake and the cable that was broke the radio didn't work fog lights didn't work had to buy tires for the truck rear fender ***** rusted out really bad all the frame was bad. Had to replace the four 4 wheel drive acturator on the front drive and the transfer case, front diff. was full of water have replaced the encoder ring in the acturator they did not tell me the truck had been wreck. There is a short in the truck keeps running the battery down. I don't drive the truck got the four wheel drive to work then it went out again, steering makes a lot of noises in the cab console has a big hole in it head liner is falling down. Roof and hood are fading fast with the paint right side door handle pulls out when you open door speaker on drivers side doesn't work. They need a **** whipping for selling this truck that should have went to the junk yard.
