      Contacted ********************* on Christmas Eve re CO leak. and need **** He recommended hvac, electrical, water heater, chimney, and ******** need replaced in our home. My mother had just died and ***** had stroke with hospitalizations and rehab from Dec-March. Work was incomplete, shoddy, and unsafe to return home per gas leak and furnace was only part of hvac in place. Asked ***** Edwards of Edwards Heating and Cooling to look at house to evaluate work done and not done and safety of electrical work by ****. ***** Edwards inspected house with Officer **************************** ******** police officer with pictures taken and taped statement by ***** Edwards for officer. ***** agreed to repair, replace, and complete new hvac, water heater, electrical, ductwork for $32,000. I was told it was unsafe to remain in home per gas leak and furnace not working in winter. I had Centerpoint coverage to pay for gas line replacement which was a major leak from rusted pipe. Copy texted to ************* told to contact Centerpoint. Received bill for $752.61 regardless. I was told by ***** that we could return home on 5/10/23. The **** was blowing air under **********************, I was told by *************** Tech, it was normal. I asked why **** screws were missing, twisted, and hvav unit corners not matching letting air blow out.I texted pictures/notes to ***** on all concerns(cell ************). On 7/1/23 CA not cooling, told freon low 3 units replaced and billed $435 for a new system. Exhaust in attic found loose by cousin when insulating attic. Texted-**************rude and said we were lying. Did repair that evening. 8/4/23 texted ***** and called that fluid/freon leaking on floor/spitting out side of hvac. This poison leak in my house was not resolved! ***************** said they were told not to answer my calls and electrical not checked as agreed/ I was hard to please. I called HFI *************, fixed 8/31/23. They took hvac apart/replaced wrong parts/freon and gas leak for $2400. Pics taken.
