    Kennerk Mechanical is the worst heating and cooling business I have ever dealt with. ***************** has no idea how to wire a furnace and Heat Pump. For over a month he tried to get the Heat Pump running right and never succeeded. He left me to let Heat Pump run for hours at a time and I would still have to manually switch it to the furnace. The Heat Pump is suppose to run and heat the house till it gets down to a temperature that it is supposed to automatically switch to the furnace which in this case was 25 degrees. During that month of trying he put putty in the hole that the wire to the thermostat came through to fix the problem of the outside temperature reading jumping around not getting a true reading. Then he ran a separate wire to solve that problem but he never got the Heat Pump to switch to the furnace. I put up with him for over a month then I found a professional to get the job done right. The professional had to get a Dual Fuel Thermostat, a Fuel Primary Control (for the furnace) and a Outdoor Heat Pump Thermostat. It took him two and a half hours to install and get the furnace and Heat Pump operating correctly. The Heat Pump switches to the furnace at 25 degrees, automatically, like it is suppose to, no long run time on the Heat Pump. The Heat Pumps run and off times have never been longer then 20 minutes. The Heat Pump keeps the house warm and the furnace heats the house when temperatures are below 25 degrees. I have added pictures that show the wrong, and the right way to hook up a Furnace and Heat Pump. I hope you copy the pictures and show them to reliable installers so you know that you do not have to go through what I went through. I wrote Wrong on the pictures that show what ***************** did I wrote Correct on the pictures after it was running the way it is suppose to run.Can't Load Pictures on this Site You will have to get Pictures off of ****** Review
