    Our home warranty company assigned J&K Mechanical to do our AC job. We requested repair in mid-June '22 and even though they have been on our property twice we still have no AC and have had nothing but poor communication, poor service, and many excuses. Today, 8/5/22, the owner informed us that he no longer works for our warranty company (American Home Shield). When we called AHS for an explanation, they had no idea that the owner had canceled or quit, and J&K is the only company that AHS books for service in our area (west-central *******). Now, two months into this situation we still have no AC, no service, and no idea what is going on. Terrible experience with both companies. We do not recommend J&K Mechanical for any service of any kind. Also, if you check their FB page or website, they have little information and no address listed except ************. This is a very unprofessional company that seems to lack training in HVAC and professional customer service. Stay away!

    This company should not be in business. They cancelled my appointment twice the last minute, once the night before and the second time I got a text they were 1 hour out on their way and and 45 minutes later just cancelled. They sent out a tech that was uninformed on my HVAC unit. Therefore he was not prepared to fix it. The tech came back again with the owner, but the parts did not fit correctly. I had to call my home warranty multiple times to get them to move forward in my repair. It has been over a month and my HVAC unit is still not running. The tech tried, but the owner is a terrible manager and has no clue on customer service and clearly didn't care if my HVAC unit got fixed or not.
