    During September, 2024, Hammertime Handyman Services worked on our bathroom. There were several quality issues along the way that we had to prompt the workers on (not to set their tools, etc. on the new vanity, bathtub, while tiling, I helped avert a disaster by changing how high up on the wall they tiled-there would have been an uneven strip of tile at the top & the worker could not tell this ahead of time). After approximately 2 weeks with slow progress, only 5 hours worked on some days, the workers decided to push to get the job done in one day. The results are horrendous. We have over a dozen photographs to prove poor quality work was performed. We paid $5747.00 and this was our second contractor! The *************** were not good, they left old caulking on the vanity top & re-installed it that way, they installed the vanity top with no edge left in front (see photo), the vanity install itself looks incorrect, they broke one tile and just left it, dislodged another tile & reglued it, leaving it sticking up (see photo), they left a huge stain in our driveway, the grout in the tile is dirty, the mix valve on the shower is not right, the light they installed for us was dirty, the faucet was left dirty, the threshold is angled and not level, the bathroom door will no longer close. To top it off, they sealed the ************* so we could not go into the bathroom to look over the work before they left the last day. There was no way we could inspect the work to call these errors to their attention. After inspecting the bathroom the next day, I did pay the balance due as per the written statement.
