    I searched the web for factory authorized ********* Appliance Repair. D&G Appliance Company was first on the search list. I called and Daniel C***** came that same day. He said I needed a new door seal. I gave him a check for the service call, inspection, and the funds to order the seal: total $698. He cashed my check immediately. Two weeks later he called to say the part was on backorder. Since then, all my attempts to reach him have been futile. I checked BBB only to find that he has scammed at least 12 others in this way. He lives in Indiana but does the work in Ohio so it's difficult to pursue him. He works out of a trailer park in in Moore's Hill Indiana, Zip Code 47032. He has changed his phone number. Beware when you call for FACTORY SERVICE. There are more Daniel C*****'s out there.

    Showed up as a sub contractor for the original person contacted to fix my washer. He advised it Needed a motor, must pay for part. Venmo he had didn’t work. Wrote a check $360. To return on Friday. He cashed check same day. He did not return. Made multiple appts w me to return and always had an excuse. He is an approved pro on thumbtack and I also have requested they remove him from their list of approved pros. This man is a thief.

    Called me and told me he was with a different company as a sub-contractor, told me he needed all money up front to order parts for my freezer and that that cost would include him returning to install freezer parts. Told me he would return the next Thursday when parts were received. He never returned-. He won’t answer my calls or my texts. i gave him 2 checks - 1 was post dated because I didn’t have enough money. He cashed both my checks. I think he turned off his phone. I need my money back so that I can get someone else to fix my free34. Do I need to file with the courthouse? I need help please!
