    Best experience I have received fron any contractor in my many years of home ownership through all facets. Electrical/plumbing/HVAV/roofing et...We ran into many situations and through them all Chuck diagnosed the issue and in some cases re-planned how we were going to go about fixing the issue never taking advantage of me being naive to the process (electric). This is one thing that sets Chuck apart among many other things, but this one was huge as my budget was tight. He explained things to me in real time and gave me options on how I wanted to proceed and he would try to work with my budget based on those changes. I will tell you when this total rewire of my detached garage happened and adding a new meter/panel I noticed he did not include his initial service call just to keep me within budget. Chuck knew all the different suppliers and knew the process of each supplier and variances in prices through each and extended that knowledge to me to help in the process of staying within budget. I have never had the thought working with a contractor that "man, this guy is doing an excellent job and trying to save me money and keeping my my best interests in mind." Very personable, extremely funny and just an all around good guy. For contractors time is money but each time I seen him regarding the complex rewire, mainly because of the wire to the main home and detached garage never being able to be located, ebmven the previous owner I verified with as he was an electrician with **** and he could not locate either. Propane lines running everywhere from the tank to the house, from the house to the garage, water/well lines, electric lines running everywhere, lines to the pool underground. So a plan had to be planned for this and Chuck was a master at this. Ensuring we did not run into more problems when we dug. After hour texts and calls were always promptly answered and I walked away feeling OK. Chuck will be the only electrician I will ever use. Not just 5 stars, 10!!
