    On Sunday, April 6 I started communicating with the company about buying product. After some back and forth, I paid the company $800 for the product. They then informed me I needed a business certificate to purchase - which was never mentioned. But they said by purchasing delivery insurance, we could proceed. So I paid an additional $500. Since then, they have refused to respond to any of my contact attempts. I have not received the product or been given a refund, which I have now asked for. Their last response was Wednesday, April 9. Ive been reaching out to them almost daily since.

    Yes I have talked to **** ***** today and to the BBB. Our page has been cloned and we have been trying to get this page removed now for over a month. This company that took Lukes money is a scam. We have been in touch with ****** through email and trying everything we can do to help us with this and also yelp. This scam is hurting our business very bad. We have people actually driving 3 and 4 hours to get the product these scammers are advertising. We have never had a web page only a ******** page and if you ****** Indianapolis Pallet Wholesale liquidation the scammer page will pop up and you will see a gold crown thats not us but those are some of our pictures they are using and if you go through the page you will eventually see my number but everyone is messaging with these scammers as I did and I even got there Apple Pay to send them money and I have there Venmo and Zelle. **** ***** gave them to me when we talked. These scammer are hurting me bad enough so please dont put this on our BBB reviews. We are a victim here as well. Thank you for your consideration of taking this off or not putting it on. Also **** said when you reach back out to him he will let you know it was not us and he was scammed.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this response/resolution is satisfactory to me. **** and I have spoken today and he explained the situation. We are working on disputing the payments made and if there are steps to further investigate the website to confirm whether or not this is fraud. If it turns out it was not fraud or he is involved, I will reach back out to escalate the report.
