    As a window tint installer we have purchased our films from UCA Distributing, LLC for nearly 15 years and have had a great relationship up until recently. They always sold Scorpion window film until a few years ago when they started having their own brand manufactured and switched it out without letting their customers know ahead of time. We just continued business as usual and they were paying us for warranty claims on bad film just as their policy states. They claim they have a lifetime warranty on any films they sale. After complaints of quality issues from our window tint distributor UCA Distributing, LLC they decided to stop doing business with me and told me they will no longer pay for any future warranties. We have been using their products for the said 15 yeas and still have 150 rolls of their film in stock. We tint thousands of vehicles and hundreds of buildings per years and now the supplier is refusing to back up their guarantee. Please help in resolving this matter. Thank you!

    Mr. ********* complaint is with the longevity of the Scorpion Window Film (The manufacturer of the materials is he making a claim on).  We are no longer an authorized Scorpion Window Film distributor and have advised Mr. ******* that he must contact Scorpion Window Film directly to pursue any warranty issues.  We notified all of dealers in December of 2022 that we would no longer carry the Scorpion Brand and even if he did not receive the letter, it should have been evident by the very distinguishable labeling of all products. Since this complaint was filed, Mr. ******* has been in touch with the original manufacturer and hopefully he can work something out with them.  The Limited Warranty Form that Mr. ******* has submitted is only for *** Window Film Products, and by his own admission, he is only having problems with their products.
