      Purchased steel building and waited 8 months pasted delivery date. Kole the salesman would not call back (owners' family) and owner was very hostile when I tried to address the issues. Then out of nowhere a owners statement "I sell buildings every day and I don't need your $h1t." All Steel specifically Kole was setting pricing with contractors for my build out. Cheaper for me to hire from out of state with paying periderm than local contractors that Allsteel influences (broke my heart). I want to support local commerce as I own several businesses in the area that are not local commerce. Office support building is already built is up and functioning for 6 months before steel even arrived.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALL STEEL CARPORTS. We purchased 2 carport garages. Our problem isn't not receiving them, it is with their installation. Built last October and 2 months later in the cold of December the front (above the overhead doors) BUCKLED AND CREASED leaving a large permanent gap that you can stick you fingers in. When I phoned the company, she gave me an email address for repairs! I emailed them, they asked that I send pictures. I did exactly that. They responded that their repair crew was booked 16 weeks out. I said, no problem, as it would still be under warranty. Here we are a year later, and I emailed them last month (again with the pictures) and I got a 'mailer-daemon' that states: address cannot be found, message wasn't delivered. IMAGINE THAT. Now I have 2 garages with large (hole) gaps across the front and they aren't small garages, I paid a lot of money for 2 buildings that get rain in them when it rains and snow in them when it snows!!
