Copy of Original contract (copy attached) shows customer requested concrete anchors for her foundation.

When Contractors go to job site to install carport they realised that it was ground/dirt  foundation so the concrete anchors they had for this customer per her order were not what she needed for her foundation type. Contractor had to go to a local hardware store and purchase (receipt attached) rebar anchors then they had to find a local welding shop so they could have nut head welded onto each rebar anchor, after that  they went back to jobsite to complete installation of carport.(copy attached of contractor invoice copy & survey).

Customer requested that we mail her a updated invoice (copy attached) On that Invoice we made note to the fact that her wind warranty was made void because she did not have the proper mobile home anchors needed for her ground foundation.

customer called office several time between Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday requesting a refund because we did not instal the concrete anchors. That request had to be put through to management to be approved and it was not until after our office came back from the  holidays on 1-4 that check #**** for $20 was issued and mailed to customer (copy of updated invoice attached)as you can see from receipt the rebar the contractor had to go buy was for $84.45 that did not even include contractor time, gas and welding fees, but the company agreed to just refund $20.00 so that the customer would be satisfied and stop calling every other day. We strive to provide the best customer service and workmanship possible.

We do not see or understand why now the customer is requesting a full refund, she has a carport that has been installed since 11-1-2023 and it was installed to her satisfaction.

Please let me know if we need to provide anything else to respond to her complaint.

      Thank you,
