      I had a roof installed at *********************************************************************** in October 2021, before October 2022 there was an issue with the roof, that is now leaking. I have been calling since the end of September and beginning of October 2022 before 1 year of the roof installation. 1 person was sent out to take pictures and there has been yet to be a follow-up. I have continued to call constantly I have spoken with *******, and I have spoken to another female that works there and another gentleman ( names I have forgotten) however my last calls that i have been consistent with have been ***** at ************ who has promised me time and time again for a follow-up, or" ill have someone call you, I apologize no one contacted you? I will make sure, oh no one has reached out, I understand I will contact my boss, I promise to call back, I am going down to the office now, I know how you feel, this is not right, do what you have to do" this has gone on from October until last week and I have heard from no one, no one calls me. I paid for a leaking roof that will get worse and cause more damage and they do not care and have not followed up even though this company has been paid in full.

      Once the service department was made aware of the possible leak, the customer was contacted by email. It took the customer almost 20 days to respond back. We were out there the next day to address the leak. The photos they submitted are not from the work ARC1.COM did. We do our best to give all of our customers great service and hope that they all feel important, because they are.
