    My father gave me a coupon for a service ** tune up so I called and set an appointment. The date was a month and half later. The date arrived and the serviced tech called me and told me he would be there in 20 minutes. This was for a rental property in Alexandria and no one was there. I tried to call another tenant that lives upstairs to let the tech in but they didn't answer. The tech rang the bell waited 15 minutes and rang it again. No answer. He let know that he would go to ****** for another service call then return. When he retuned the upstairs tenant let him in and he took 1 & 1/2 to service the ** unit and in ***** batteries in the thermostat. Coovert Heating and Air charged me the $79 coupon price for the first time he was there and 2 hrs of labor when he returned. My total bill was $317 Other than the 20 min away call, I didn't receive any other reminders.
